They were paid by us and by Mass Save to install variable speed drives and new thermostats. We had several issues early on and they were difficult to work with, but the system did function. Now, 2 years later, those systems aren't working and they refuse to come look at them because we didn't fire our other maintenance provider and hire NE Air Control. John has been dismissive and unhelpful. I do not recommend working with this company in any capacity.
