  Recently moved to a home with septic. Noticed the tank overflowing on Friday evening. Called and left emergency messages with 3 companies and no one replied. Finally tried Batesons at 930pm on Friday. My call was answered by a service who took my information. The owner of Betesons called me back within 5 minutes and said he would send someone over by 9am as it was not spilling into the home. By 745am his truck was finished pumping me out. Joe, the operator was a true professional. As I am new to septic, he took the time to explain my system, confirm it was all operating correctly and even help me lay out some landscaping to not interfere with the leach field. Great company and great experience all around. I will now be a regular customer. I never post reviews, ever but this service was exceptional.

  I have worked with the Bateson family for over 20 years through installation, pumping, and Title V inspections. Throughout this time they have always provided consistent service through knowledge, performance, and direct correspondence. The communities in the Andover area have benefited from their professional services.

  The drain in my driveway had clogged during a heavy downpour. Bateson was at my house within 30 minutes of calling. They were upfront about the pricing and quickly pumped out the water in my driveway. I had no clue where the drain outlet pipe ran. Bateson found the drain outlet and jetted the pipe. They were professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their services!
