This time we used Summerlin and the difference was night and day. Alex assured us that the job would be done right. He explained the waterproofing system and the proper installation technique. They prepared an estimate and said it would take 3 days. Amy was patient with my nit-picky tile selection. Val did the demo and installation. The subfloor was worse that expected and had to be removed and replaced. The job was still complete in 3 days and for the amount of the estimate without any increase. Val's work is exquisite. Precise to every detail with clean tight grout lines. Top notch. We will use them again.
