  We had our roof done by NOVA in 2022, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear, expectations were set properly, and the work was completed exactly as discussed—no surprises, no runaround. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property, and the quality of the workmanship has held up beautifully. Everything that was explained during the sales process matched what was delivered, which is something we truly appreciated. Two years later, we’re still very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend NOVA to anyone looking for a reliable, professional roofing company that stands by their word

  Working with Pavlo was a pleasure? He was very professional and helpful to the process. However , I feel like the inside team could have been a little bit more assertive to our scheduling requirements , but overall great experience , the project manager was wonderful.

  Fantastic workmanship! Very professional, good communication, and quick workers. We had them replace windows, 2 exterior doors, and sided the entire 9000 sq ft house. It looks AMAZING. They leave the area clean and left us with spare materials. The siding is also guaranteed with a warranty.

  We had all of our windows and doors, plus 1 sliding glass patio door replaced by Nova. The only hiccup was that 1 door and the patio door originally came with the hardware installed on the wrong side of doors and had to be reordered. The installation itself was fairly quick given how much there was to do. The installers were courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves very well. The whole installation looks very good, and we look forward to saving on our heating and cooling costs in the future.
