  We had very poor service. We paid 200$ for a door tempered glass. the glass was scratch and dirty when we went to pick it up. after 2 weeks they said they fix it - no explanation how. I still can see the scratch even if it is faired. When we finally got the glass -it did not fit in the same door was installed before for 24 years. We measure the glass and was uneven. We had to pay more money to adjust the door to fit the poor glass. Do not recommend this outfit. we have done better to buy the entire door.

  This is the worst company, worst service, worst customer service in the Boston/Concord/Acton Area!!! They canceled the measurement appointment several times. When I called them, the person (Kim) on the phone was extremely rude and hang up the phone. Be warned, don't hire any service from them, there are plenty of alternatives in the area.

  I have been filling my glass needs here since 1979. I don't need glass often, but over the years I've had storm windows repaired, mirrors made, shower doors installed, picture frame glass cut and even a circular 10in wall clock crystal made. Work and service have always been 100% professional. When I have needed quick turnaround I have always gotten it. Of course I never say I need it fast if I don't. No, they don't have a latte machine in their showroom. If you want a latte, go to starbucks. If you need glass, go here.
