I had windows installed throughout my house and almost everything went smoothly. The only complaint I have is there were glass shards left from the removal of the old windows. There were 10+ glass shards that were big enough to cut a foot on. They shatter the windows from the outside so they shatter inside the room. They cleaned up most of it that you could see but I still found some after they left that managed to make it across the room.
