  Agree to the fullest that Jacob should not be speaking to anyone on the phone or in a Google review calling them dummies, no matter how frustrated. You lack professionalism and self control to reach your desired resolution. Look within yourself and work on this for the sake of future interactions with other humans. Trouth does amazing work and always has been good to me. Editing to add: You exclusively leave negative reviews? I don't think I trust the opinion of someone who complains about everything.

  My family has used this company for years, over 4 different homes, spending thousands of dollars. We will be happy to send our money elsewhere. The constant mistakes from Trouth's employees caused severe damage over 2 homes - photos provided for both. Getting Trouth to make the necessary repairs was like pulling teeth, specifically because of Robert LaFosse and his lack of managerial experience. Excessive water damage was caused by Trouth in the attic, which required the entire ceiling to be repaired/repainted. The public deserves to know the reputation of this company, the hassle they will cause you, and the stress they will bring to your life by refusing to own/repair their mistakes. They will deny involvement, drag out the process, try to cut corners, or skip out of the repair entirely. There are so many other HVAC companies in the area, there's no need to risk the need for repairs when choosing one. Edit: Response to Carl Kelly who is emotionally upset. I'm glad you and Robert had a little meeting about me. Why are you only addressing that I called Robert a dummy (which he is and apparently you are too) and not addressing any of the damage your company caused to 2 homes? And if you refused my service as you claim, you wouldn't have attempted to service my other rent house earlier in March, so clearly there are several inconsistencies in your company that you aren't aware of, yikes. Robert stuttered and struggled to respond on the phone when questioned about previous damage, which is why he was called a dummy. Maybe he shouldn't be answering the phone if it's such a challenge for him. I'm 100% not surprised that you support Robert, as the average mentality of Trouth is extremely low.

  Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Quickly assessed and fixed the issue with my a/c unit. Didnt even mind paying the out of service fee due to my location being outside of their service area. They called ahead to confirm the fee so that it wasn't unexpected. And were on their way in no time. I had a positive experience and would recommend them for future needs!

  My experience with Trouth has been nothing but exceptional from the start. From every phone call, email, text message, and not to mention their quality of work- they have been amazing. They are fast, efficient, and truly know what they are doing!!! I won’t go into detail of the work we had done, but we were given opinions and quotes from 3 different AC companies and although Trouth was not the cheapest (they weren’t the most expensive either), they were the most thorough and walked me through everything I needed done. Thank you to “Buck” who initially came out and answered my 1,000,000 questions. Thank you Ms. Juanita in the office for being so kind every single time I spoke with you. (And another kind lady I cannot remember you name- I’m so sorry!) Our technicians were Dylan, Keith, Nick, and one other fella whose name I did not get. But 10/10 for all! They took their time to accurately get the job done and we couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Trouth! You have a customer for life with the Mulvanys!!!
