  GoGEN? They're a great company that's always quick to respond and sends out their technicians the same day. Plus, they charge by the hour, which is much fairer than those other guys who make you pay for a minimum of 3 hours. And get this - they don't outsource their call center, so you'll always talk to a local expert who can help you out right away. I actually used GoGEN back in 2019 as one of the 4 companies that could install a stand alone generator at my house. The owner's dad even came out to give me some professional advice based on his years of experience. I was a hesitant because the cost was tooo high, but then when Hurricane Laura and Delta hit in 2023, I wished I'd had that generator. More recently, in 2023, my a/c collapsed and I called up GoGEN. They sent a technician out who showed up in 1.5-hrs, 10 minutes early (!) and confirmed my diagnosis in just 7 minutes--CAPACITOR after 4 years of work puffed up! I had the part, he replaced it--gave me a workshop on how to--with comments and all my Qs answered! He was out of my house in no time. Seriously, I can't recommend these guys enough. NOT costly, highly PROs, fair and reliable. They are willing to go a 2nd mile with you!
