They charged me a ridiculous $1,119.96 for what I now know was a routine service that should’ve cost much less. At the time, I was a single mother of two, caring for my sick mother, and struggling just to get by. I had no choice but to get the septic tank pumped so I could have electricity turned on at my home. I was in an impossible spot, doing whatever I had to do for my family — and Cooper’s took advantage of that. Fast forward to today: I had the same exact tank pumped by another company for just $400. That’s nearly three times less than what Cooper’s charged me for the exact same service. What Cooper’s did was predatory and unethical. They saw someone in a vulnerable situation and chose to take advantage instead of doing right by a struggling family. If you’re thinking about using Cooper’s, please get multiple quotes. Learn from my experience — I will never trust or use this company again, and I hope my story saves someone else from being exploited like I was. ---
