- VSv sJan 2, 20261.0Overpriced Flim-Flam Artists Don't use these people. They tried to sell me a UV light for my a/c unit for $1100. I have used these lights in my line of work and know they don't cost 1000 freaking dollars. Sure enough, I looked on Amazon and found one that fit my unit for $150. I had paid for two inspections of my HVAC, but after that experience, I obviously didn't care to do business with these cheats again. I called several times to get a refund of the second visit but (surprise) no one would return the messages I left with their receptionist. By the way, and this is only my opinion, I find a number of the glowing reviews on this site to be rather incredulous.

They checked everything before they left to make sure everything worked properly. They took the time to explain everything in terms I understand. They also took care of details of extra stuff they did and I am most appreciative. Andrew was simply excellent!! Joe was very good in explaining estimates and took the time to deliver the paperwork in person. Paige is a super in office helper and prime contact and was super helpful. Also enjoyed good service from Kacie and Destiny. Matt was a pleasure to work with!! They also provided me with hard-copies of paperwork! I really appreciate that! I love my new Navien Tankless Water Heater. Thank you Benfatti HVAC & Plumbing and Electric!!
