Scott came to our home and gave my husband and I a follow-up and complete overview of what we needed for our A/C unit. We purchased the Comfort Plus Plan. This plan consists of 3 services. Benfatti comes to our home in the summer and fall to provide maintenance on our unit, this plan also includes the hot water heater maintenance. Cory was the gentleman who serviced our unit. Shout out to Cory!!😀 Benfatti Air Conditioning and Heating provides great service with honesty and integrity. We are looking forward to doing business with Benfatti in the future.
- KFKristin FallerApr 4, 20261.0I would not recommend Benfatti to anyone. 12/16/24 my mom passed away, we were left with two homes to take care of and I explained all of this when I called May 2025 so I was surprised to find out in March 2026 that I had paid for two years worth of services. Now both homes cannot be accessed and instead of issuing a refund I have gotten the run around. They keep sending me texts to rate services that have not been completed so this is my review!
