- DSDina StoneApr 2, 20262.0We had a leak coming from our shower in master bedroom into an adjacent room. Rinchuso's sent out what seemed to me to be two very inexperienced young men. While I believe they really were trying, they just didn't seem to have the experience to locate the real problem. When charging by the hour you should have at least one experienced plumber on the job. They did some work (charged for pieces) after 2 1/2 hours when the leak did not go away, They then sent a more experienced man out and he took one look and knew the problem within 10 minutes. I received a $550 bill for them to finally say I needed a tile man not a plumber. $550 for literally nothing. Not happy with them and do not recommend.
