  Contacted Thomas Armstrong by phone thurs April 4 and he said would be by on Monday April 8 between 11-1 to inspect roof. He was recommended to me by a neighbor. No show and no call. Very disappointed. Contacted another roofing company and they showed up that afternoon to assess damage.

  Thomas owner of Southern roofing has taken care of 5 different investment houses over the past 5 years for me and my personal house and he is amazing! WHEN I call him he arrives in less than 20 minutes! I had a stain today in my den from water damage last night during the storm. He came and took care of this and is coming back next week for major repair. Our roof is fairly new but the roofer that put the $10,000 roof on my house will not return my calls. My shingles are bad and the warranty will not cover this but Southern roofer comes out and makes repairs. He cares about his clients and he is the only roofer I will Ever Ever recommend to ANYONE in the shreveport bossier area. WE also hired him in November to put a roof on or lake house on Bistineau and we are so happy with him and his team of men that work for him. The Camphouse roof is 10 feet over the channel and it was difficult and they got repairs and work done in one day- started early and worked late until it was done. If anyone wants a personal reference please call me or message me on Facebook Hollie Fritz!!! I have never written a review on anyone unless I was unhappy but figured with all this rain that other people may need to know that some roofers take care of there clients and others do not. Thomas is the great! Southern roofing is great.
