  This company has been fantastic! I'd like to thank Raven who made sure the appointment was set and kept me updated along the way. Tyrek was a rockstar! Came in confident that I'd have a working sink by the end of the visit. Communicated the entire time and made sure everything was running smooth before leaving and even gave me helpful tips to keep the drain cleared in the future. Highly recommend Bobby L. Green Plumbing.

  Super quick response in order to help me find a Diamond down the drain and while there was kind enough to do another small repair. Everyone was very professional respectful, and did a great job.!!!

  Plumber very professional never in my wildest dreams would I have paid over $300 for outdoor faucet, materials plus labor. Welcome to Louisiana to me!! Faucet was installed very near to water line.

  This is a follow up from my previous post. Bobby L. Greene Plumbing has great customer service workers. However, they are salesman. The company grossly over charges. I was charged $289 each for a contactor and capacitor replacement. Both of which sell for $10-$15. So realistcally I, at most, paid $40 for parts and $538 for under 30mins worth of labor. Mind you while no labor cost is noted on my invoice they did include a $89 dyonostic and $200 for a yearly Greene EFFICIENCY plan. I reminded them that I was told if I allowed them to do the work I was told they would not charge the $89 and am so glade I didn't get fooled into agreeing to have any more work done by them in the future. I don't mind paying for what is needed and people's knowledge and time at reasonable rates. 538 for removing and replacing those two parts with you full work time being only 15minutes.... robbery. Similing Blue Collar Crooks. Bobby Greene Plumbing are salesman looking to make a lot of money from doing little to nothing. They over charge and up sale on small issue jobs just to run up the tap to supply their company with income. I truly hate that I couldn't find the contact information for the man I used to check my ac for me two years ago. He was knowledgeable, honest, and not greedy. The billing was honest and extremely transparent unlike with Bobby Greene Plumbing. When you can people go private... they don't make commission off of sales like this company does. Update: The company was not only open to hearing my concerns, but moved to make corrections. They explained some things in more detail on their end and did give a reduction on pricing for the service that was rendered. For those things I am truly grateful! 😊
