I feel I was treated fairly and received competent service. Came in for a refrigerant leak on my APU. They weren’t too busy that day so they put two technicians on it and I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Pricing was about what I’d expect anywhere else in the country from a Thermo King franchise.

Stay away from those people I was there to fix my refeer unit they checked battery and electrical systems so on finally they told me needs New micro which they don't have it. it cost $1300. Then I drove to other location just within 30 min they figure out it was electric problem while all this happens my truck was loaded.
So those people don't care except to charge for nothing.
Once I fixed my unit I called service manager even they didn't apologize for wrong diagnosis.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE
Brought in a truck to have a reefer unit installed. The truck worked and drove perfectly. They installed the cooling unit and in the process they damaged the radiator beyond repair.
They denied that they damaged it and said it was damaged prior to them getting it. It had no leaks and ran fine before they got the truck and then when we picked it up it leaked fluid as fast as we could pour it in. It was OBVIOUS that they damaged the radiator but they would not admit it. We had to have it repaired ourselves and they eventually offered to split the repairs.
