- LALeila AminaNov 11, 20241.0I've been trying to get a hold of the lady in corporate I spoke to about getting your package that was sent to me accidentally back to you but every time I call the person who answers in incredibly rude, keeps saying there's nothing he can do, refuses to tell me name or title and basically told me the package doesn't matter, it's not his problem and can't direct me as to how to get this resolved. Ups refused to take the package I still have it.

Allen did a great job communicating the status of the rental process and the timing of the delivery of the equipment.
