  Pete and Erwin were an absolute delight. This was the first time I had to face a roofing issue on my own and I was a bit overwhelmed. They came and broke the problem down, gave me a plan and explanation I understood. They made everything so easy on me at a time in my life when not much else is. Hopefully I won’t need them for awhile, but I will definitely recommend them to others that do,

  Above All repaired my roof after Hurricane Ida in 2021 and I just noticed a small water stain Friday Oct 17 and called to let them know . The owner was out of town in TN and said he would come by first thing Monday the 20th which he did. My roof and attic were inspected and he climbed up on the roof to see what needed to be done. Repairs were made not only to my roof but he also alerted me to some issues on my neighbors townhouse roof that could impact me as well. I was able to contact my neighbor who authorized the repairs be done to his side to ensure it did not cause damage to my side as the townhouses are adjoined. I am very pleased with the customer service and the warranty repairs that Above All roofing is so quick to respond too. 5 star service!

  In August 2020, All Above Construction LLC came to my house to repair a leak that was coming into my office from a dead valley or area above the valley. They charged me $875 to apply Gaco Roof to the dead valley and to take care of exposed nails. On October 28, the roof leaked into my office in the same area that was supposed to be fixed. When I called them the next day, they said they would come asap to do a redo. They showed up on the following Tuesday and said that the leak was due to 5 missing tiles; however, the missing tiles were on the other side of the house on the main roof. They were to send me an estimate and photos and when that did not happen, I called another roofer. I was told that Gaco was not applied at all and that they had used caulking to repair some cracked tiles which he thought they had broken themselves. When I called Pete, the owner, he denied it all until I sent him photos that the second roofer had taken. The following Monday, 2 men came and put Gaco on the dead valley and would not answer any questions. I have not heard from any of them again! Gaco Roof is around $230 retail. I think I was ripped off. I will add that the 5 missing tiles are on the other side of the main roof and the dead valley is not downslope of them. I was given a verbal estimate of $850 to replace 5 tiles. Mr. Pete NEVER got up on a ladder to look at the problems and his workers and he were late every time they came. So far the "repair" job has not been tested as it has not rained so we shall see!
