Ben came out and did the quote and answered every question I had and then some, he explained the whole process and made us very comfortable with what we were doing. The office personnel stayed in contact throughout the whole process and kept me updated. The installation crew was fast, friendly and cleaned up everything when they were done. The owner Dwayne came out (on a Saturday!) for the walk through after completion and thoroughly explained everything about the generator, from operation to maintenance. I would absolutely recommend HMC Generators to anyone and everyone!!!
