I would NOT recommend this company for a Generac installation. (This is the company that my dad has used for his air conditioner service and repairs for years so he wanted to use them to get a Generac installed too.) I called and gave my name and phone number to have a Generac installed at my parent's house. (I worry about them when a hurricane comes.) Two weeks later I called back and was told that I "slipped through the cracks" and they would send someone over. They did that very day and we told him what we wanted and he said that they would send us a quote. We heard nothing back. Three weeks and three days later I called them back. I spoke with the lady who answered the phone and asked if she knew what the status was on our installation. She apparently contacted the person who had come and spoke with us and he told her that we had a "special request" . She asked me about it and I told her that the only special request I could think of was that my dad had requested that the wiring from the Generac to the breaker box be put into electrical conduit. He was aware that would cost extra but he was willing to pay the extra price because it was safer. (He's 90 and worries about stuff. What's a little conduit? Electricians put wires in conduit all of the time, it's not that big a deal.) The guy said that if he couldn't do the job the way he always does it he didn't want to do it at all. Can you believe that? If he had to put wires in conduit he didn't want to do the job. He wasn't interested in what the customer wanted, he was only going to do the job if he could do it his way. So this company yanked us around for more than a month and wasn't even going to send a quote. If I hadn't called them back I still wouldn't know that they just didn't want the job. So inconsiderate. It hurt my dad's feelings and it made me mad. I don't understand why they would do that but I will never call them again.

Chad and his crew installed a new generator at our home. They ran into complications due to some old faulty plumbing. They went above and beyond to repair everything! We were very pleased with their professionalism and will use them again!

I called three times to get an estimate for an electrical repair. The first time I spoke with the owner. He seemed very nice and professional. He told me he would come by my home the next morning. I waited for him, but he didn't show. When I called the second time to find out why no one came by, I was told by a lady who worked in the office that she would send another worker out, because Mr. Robertson couldn't make it. The worker never showed up, nor did anyone call me. After the third call, I got the hint they just didn't want my business. I can't in good faith recommend this company It's a good business practice to at least let a potential customer no if you can't show up. I waited for hours.

Robertson's installed the air conditioning in my new construction house. A year later the evaporator coil needed to be replaced and they did so at no cost (under parts and labor warranty). The next year the replacement coil went bad and needed to be replaced. Multiple phone calls were made and voicemails left with Robertson's office but I could not get anyone to come out to my house to replace the coil. Several MONTHS later, they finally came out to my house (three hours late) and replaced the coil. I was billed for labor, but the coil was still under parts warranty. I called Robertson's and told them I had no problem paying for the labor, but I wanted a discount on the Freon since it took them almost half of a year to replace the coil which was leaking Freon. The receptionist told me she would have the owner call me to discuss the bill. No one called me back. Three months later, I called Robertson's and told them I wanted to pay the bill, but had not heard back from the owner to discuss the bill as I was told would happen. The receptionist rudely told me I could either pay the bill in full, or it would go to a collection agency. She acted as though they had done me a favor by not turning it over to collections so far. I told her I would pay the bill in full and be sure to let others know about their [sarcasm] wonderful service [/sarcasm]!
