Second time was a cracked water heater. I was concerned because I left town with no water, and I was very particular about re-routing my plumbing so my 2 water heaters would work independently, incase I have a future leak. They handled everything perfectly. They understood everything I wanted done. They have a real person answering the phone. She was awesome. She took detailed notes, and was so pleasant to talk to. I had several detailed questions about the quote and she answered them like a pro. I highly recommend them to everyone.
