I've got a Golden Service maintenance program with them which gives me peace of mind that my systems are working at peak efficiency. I recommend them highly! Joshua and Josh did an awesome job recently installing new coils in my system.
- TBThomas BrownApr 6, 20265.0Presuming the $8K charge was a fair price, the work that Natals did (led by David Rhodes and company) replacing my sewer line appears to be excellent. After having to severely dig up my front yard, to lay the new PVC line, they did a sold job of replacing everything, taking considerable time to pack and re-compact the (heavy clay) soil when they refilled the hole, removing all excess dirt, leveling, and taking care with our flower beds, etc. They got my yard looking close to normal. David and company were cooperative and careful throughout the entire job which was quite laborious. The cost was probably fair: they encountered complications upon discovering that the"up spout" access for the city was completely covered over, requiring an extra couple of days of digging, then replacing and re-routing the Y connection.

Despite it being covered by warranty, we had to pay for the diagnostic visit, and after that visit we have not been able to get a single person to return our calls.
