    Hired Service glass to do my shower doors in 2021 and paid them over $5k for 3 shower doors. I'm a licensed contractor and have used them before for one or two other jobs so I was confortable using them for my own house. Approximately 6 months after installation I found a leak in one of the showers and after getting my tile guy working on it we discovered that the leak was caused by a hole on the water proof membrane (schluter) when shower door was installed. I called the company and spoke with the owner, he came to my house and I showed him rusty screws (not stainless steel) that the crew has used, he apologized and agreed that it was unexpected and said he was going to send them back to replace all the screws and seal all the holes for all 3 showers. Four years after they installed my showers I found another leak, this time in my master bathroom, it probably was leaking since the first day after glass installation due to the extension of the damages. My marble bathroom was completely gutted to the bones, subfloor was replaced and again the cause was a water proof membrane (Schulter) perforation by Service Glass installers. I called the company again and this time the conversation went south with the owner, I asked him to come see all the damages and he said it was out of warranty and that he is in business for over 34 years and never seen anything like this, he got mad with me when I told him that 34 years and still don't know what he is doing. I asked him to help me with something, this was way over $10k shower and his installers did a bad job putting a hole through the membrane, they also never sealed the holes and used regular screws not stainless. He hangup the phone. I'm reporting his business to the Louisiana border of contractors. Will attach the photos here so you all can see what a poor installation can do.
