- CHCheri Hansen2 days ago5.0Mr. David Sanchez, owner of Al Sanchez Construction, is a skilled, conscientious, and fair minded professional. It was a relief to find someone so trustworthy in a field where one can be easily taken advantage of (which has happened to us before , with other companies). Mr. Sanchez listened carefully to our needs, and helped tailor a plan that best met those needs. He is very responsive —for example, he brought his crew to our site, same day, when plumbers uncovered a very unsupported area of our home that needed to be fixed before the plumbers refilled the trench. His work standards are very high; he even asked his crew to re-do an area that wasn’t to his liking (we wouldn’t have known the difference) even though he lost profit to do so. He goes over each step of the plan with you, documents the repairs with photographs, and guarantees the work. Our house is so much stronger now, the work was done beautifully, and the job site was left better than they found it. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
