  Al Sanchez Construction did a great job elevating a large shed for us. We knew they were going to do good work, as my father hired his father years ago. David was patient in answering all of our questions and his team worked hard. They also cleaned up all the debris after the job was complete. Pricing was fair. I highly recommend them for your elevation needs. This is a very reliable company.

  Two add-on rooms from one of our rentals had begun to detach from the main house due to foundation issues. We contacted Al Sanchez Construction and David came out, assessed the situation and provided us with a detailed, reasonable estimate within a few days. After two days the rooms were completely level, the area was clean, and they even reattached some lattice work. This is the third time we use them and we are always very pleased with their work.

  Al Sanchez - David and his team were absolutely incredible. From start to finish, David walked me through the entire foundation process and took the time to thoroughly explain everything so I could truly understand what my home needed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. I never felt rushed or pressured — instead, I felt informed and confident in the decisions being made. His team was professional, punctual, and respectful of my property throughout the project. Foundation work can be stressful, but David made the experience smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for quality work and honest guidance.

  Mr. David Sanchez, owner of Al Sanchez Construction, is a skilled, conscientious, and fair minded professional. It was a relief to find someone so trustworthy in a field where one can be easily taken advantage of (which has happened to us before , with other companies). Mr. Sanchez listened carefully to our needs, and helped tailor a plan that best met those needs. He is very responsive —for example, he brought his crew to our site, same day, when plumbers uncovered a very unsupported area of our home that needed to be fixed before the plumbers refilled the trench. His work standards are very high; he even asked his crew to re-do an area that wasn’t to his liking (we wouldn’t have known the difference) even though he lost profit to do so. He goes over each step of the plan with you, documents the repairs with photographs, and guarantees the work. Our house is so much stronger now, the work was done beautifully, and the job site was left better than they found it. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
