We booked a 90 foot tent along with multiple other rental items in September for our April 27th wedding date. Justin, the owner, cancelled the tent 3 days prior to the wedding. He claimed the site conditions would not work for his tent. Not once in the 7 months prior to the wedding did he or his crew go out and examine the grounds before to make proper judgement. He is disrespectful and rude in front of customers including the use of profanity multiple times while communicating with my husband and myself. We were notified TWELVE days after the wedding that some rental chairs were damaged and his response to us what that he didn’t want to bother us on our honeymoon. We requested pictures and evidence of the claimed damage. I went in person to the store 3 times to view said pictures which he never had. He finally emailed me pictures a month following the wedding This is supposed to be a business, should have been notified immediately. The pictures did not have time stamps or dates on them. This is a probable scheme that they use time and time again to steal clients money. I would not recommend them to anyone. Bring your money else where to a professional and respected business.
