I simply showed them a few pictures, and they went above and beyond to guide me through everything. We spent about an hour figuring out multiple items, and they were more than happy to explain things, answer questions, and even just have a friendly conversation along the way. Their patience and knowledge really stood out. A special shoutout to JOHN, who helped me with my questions and my order—he truly deserves recognition for his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. Also, another employee stepped in during his free time to help find the exact design I was looking for, which really shows how supportive and team-oriented the staff is. On top of that, the shipping was completed in just two days, which was much faster than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future needs. The employees truly make this place stand out!
