- PLPhillip LeitzDec 31, 20255.0estimate appointment was made easily online and promptly executed thereafter. informative and simple. answered all questions and corrected my concerns with all information at hand and visually verifying with the product. demo was fast and virtually clean. cardboard outside and tarp inside. very little debris was cleaned. work area was quickly prepped. install was as simple as pop in, 4 screws, foam, trim, and caulk. 8 windows were done in 2.5hrs. product is clean, stylish, and efficient. confirmed with my thermal fluke camera that it is 20 degrees cooler by my window after install. i have energy monitoring on my electrical panel and will collect data over the next year to see energy savings.

- MAMohammad AbdalwahabDec 15, 20251.0very poor experience with this company i have had window world come to my house more then 12 time to fix an air leak issue with one of the window that they install every time they say it shoud be good as soon as there are cold winds outside the air start leaking last phone call with them was this morning the manager on the phone told me there is no issue with your window (indirectly calling me a lier) and he say nothing we can do for you we did a lot of bussiness with this company before but not any more
