Orders were always incorrect or missing pieces and every item has a restocking fee regardless of the problem. Shipping from vendors took extra time because they stock nothing at the store. I will never use them again and would advise anyone doing their own home to not use this publicly traded company that cares nothing about their customer. There are far superior locally owned places such as Triton Stone which stocks everything and has wonderful customer service and the owner will talk directly to you.
