A friend of mine recommended I call Traina and am I glad I did. They were a pleasure to work with from the office manager I spoke to on the phone, Dean, and Jason, were just wonderful. - THTravis HarmonJul 8, 20225.0Our capacitor went out at some point yesterday evening. We called C T Traina as well as a couple others, but I'm slightly ashamed we didn't call C T Traina first. They came out less than 2 hours after we called, and had the capacitor replaced in no time. The 2 guys who came couldn't have been nicer, and they knew what was wrong immediately. In the dead heat of the summer, in New Orleans, during hurricane season, and they were still able to get us fixed up in no time while everyone else we called couldn't make it until next week. At 80 degrees in the house, we would have been miserable for nearly a week if not for C T Traina. Truly great service, and I'll likely be a customer for life.
