Would rate negative stars if I could.
We had an entire new system installed in November of 2019. $8726 - 4 ton 16 SEER XR 1 year and 1 month (end of December of 2020) later the a-coil was leaking and had to be replaced. Diagnostic fee and freon was $471. The a-coil replacement cost and freon was $600 There was a 1 year warranty so I had to pay for labor. August of 2022 we are told the a-coil has another leak. Another $471 diagnostic and freon fee. Then will have to pay another a-coil replacement cost.
Called trane and they gave us a number for a class action lawsuit. Trane keeps selling faulty equipment. It's it not tested before being sent out?

Waste of time. Called earlier they knew I didn't have an account with them, but gave me a price for what I needed. When I arrived they wouldn't sell me anything without a contractor license.
