  My tech was Riley. He explained everything he was doing……explained diagnosis, and how he reached that diagnosis. Clearly explained the fix, and next steps. Update: part was in stock. Tech came out next business day. Installed part. Unit is working properly. Very pleased with Innovative heating Cooling and Plumbing. Purchased tier 2 maintenance program. We are glad we did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Riley came out and did the maintenance on our HVAC. Spent over 2 hours checking everything out. Checked heating and cooling. Checked HVAC drains. Highly recommend!

  Innovative is by far the best company i have had the experience to repair and maintenance my heating and cooling system. The tech Chris Wilcox has been very friendly and professional everytime he visits my house. I would recommend their services with the upmost enthusiasm.

  Innovative Air is the best! I love their professionalism and knowledge. I love the fact that they call to tell you they're on their way and then that is followed up by a text with the employee's name and photo. I have been using Innovative for a little over 2 years, and I've never been disappointed.
