  Jonah and Gavin were so helpful. They were able to come out the same day and help fix a leaky toilet, as well as checked all my other toilets and gave me several repair options, keeping the repairs within my budget. They truly went above and beyond!

  We were having issues with our kitchen sink backing up and not draining well. Blake and Jaden from Next Plumbing jetted our line but that did not seem to solve the issue. In order to save us from breaking into the concrete because our pipes were too small for cameras, they came back again along with Bruce and jetted with hot water which seemed to solve the problem. All three workers were friendly and easy going and I would recommend them.

  Exterior water leak under flower bed at residential home in carencro la. Tech was knowledgeable and efficient. Located leak within one hour. Pricing was discussed before any action was taken. Repair was done in timely manner. Tech took time to put rock filled flower bed back together as best as he could. Very satisfied with the experience overall. Will definitely call this business again for any future plumbing needs. Tech name was Michael from next plumbing.

  Michael is The Next plumber that has helped me on this job. He was very knowledgeable about my issue and gave me three options to choose from in different price ranges to get the job done He was very patient and explained what he was doing as he was doing each step. As a side note, when he was up in our attic, he noticed the age of our water heaters and explained to me how that could be part of my problem. I decided to change our Water heaters in addition to the other work. That was the best decision I ever made. I had no idea how much calcium had built up over the 12+ years those water heaters have been in place. The company is on top of everything and reaches out to make sure everything’s going OK. This was my first time using Next Plumbing and I will be using them again Especially Michael. A shout out and a thank you to both Michael and the company. My water pressure is much better as is the hot water to my kitchen sink. Thank you

  Mr. Jake Vincent with Next Plumbing came to check out kitchen faucet (hot water faucet specifically ) trickling water and no hot water coming out. We recently had a new hot water heater installed by another Bext plumber but the problem with the faucet and no hot water was not fixed as reported . The hot water heater provided warm to hot water in the main bathroom but took forever to get mildly hot water . Mr Jake checked the kitchen faucet and immediately figured out the problem to be in the hot water faucet . Upon taking it apart he found a piece of soldering that lodged in the faucet and was causing the water to trickle . He removed it and put faucet back in and it worked like a charm. He went upstairs and raised the hot water heater temp from 120 degrees up a bit and all is working fine . Very professional and polite, and really good and quick at diagnosing the problem. I would highly recommend him.
