Jacob, his assistant and the Manager Gavin Mire were all very professional and communicative. I would recommend their services.

Decided on a tankless after Jacob patiently answered my questions. Jacob and Gavin provided a few different quotes with options and provided great communication throughout the process. It was a big job removing both hot water heaters and installing tankless, but no problem for Jacob and Jack! The job was completed in one day. Very polite and professional employees. This is my second time using Next Plumbing, I will continue to use them as well as recommend them to friends and family.
