  I had a very disappointing experience with AM PM Plumbing. I called them out for what should have been a straightforward issue, but the whole process turned into a headache. Communication was poor from the start. I had trouble getting clear answers about pricing and timing, and the work took longer than expected. The technician seemed rushed and the job didn’t feel thorough. After they left, the problem wasn’t completely resolved and I had to deal with the issue again. When I tried to follow up, getting a response was difficult. When you’re paying for professional plumbing services, you expect reliability, clear communication, and work that’s done right the first time. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. I wouldn’t recommend them based on how things were handled.

  They were very quick; they came out to assess the day I called them and then were back the next morning with three crews to install a new hot water heater, in a very difficult location to get too. They did a great job and were very enjoyable to work with!
