They replaced roughly 90 feet of sewer pipe under the slab with Schedule 40 PVC, removed old drum traps, installed proper P-traps, added multiple exterior cleanouts, and resealed the existing tub box under an old bathtub to prevent odors, moisture, and rodents. They also installed a new vanity and a modern single-handle shower valve as part of the project. All underslab excavation was done using hydrotunneling, not hand digging, and the tunnels were refilled with clean pumped sand, which mattered to me for long-term slab support and peace of mind. What really stood out was the transparency and professionalism. Harold performed a camera inspection before the work began, and again completed a full camera inspection and water test after installation, so I could clearly see clean, dry pipe all the way to the city connection. Communication was solid, the crew was experienced and respectful, and the work was clearly done with durability and long-term reliability in mind. If you need serious sewer work—especially underslab repairs—Harold’s Plumbing is a company you can trust and one I would recommend without hesitation.
