My calls receive prompt in-person replies to schedule appointments, to offer estimates, and to address miscellaneous issues not previously considered. I believe the only time i have asked Harold for help that he could not respond was when I wanted to install a whole-house water-softener...understandable. So in 99% of the time when I need a plumber, my first call is to Harold.
