  Do not trust this company. Mr. Dodson undertook construction of a small element in a column for my front porch. He gave me and the painter one estimate. The next time he appeared, the estimate rose higher. Still it was within reason, given the work. When the job was completed, he telephoned with a bill that more than doubled the highest estimate! In fact, his fee for a piece of work approximately 14" round and 3" deep cost more than 1/8 the cost of having my entire exterior house, including 3 dormers and a plastered section and many windows! (The painters were here the better part of two weeks.) Foolishly, I paid via card when he telephoned. But I had grave reservations. No one should double his "final" estimate. I spoke with several contractors to confirm my sense of the matter, then wrote him asking for a reasonable rebate. He replied neither to that letter or to a succeeding one. When I finally emailed him telling him that if I did not hear from him, I was going to post a review of my experience with the BBB, he acted offended and responded by email that he would refund the total amount I had paid him. I replied with my original, reasonable request. And since that time I've heard nothing. Clearly this is someone who is not trustworthy in business. It interested me to see the first commenter also found him unreliable. Do not trust this company or man.

  Called them for some home improvements, Mr. Dodson came I showed him everything that I needed done. When he left he told me he was coming back the next day to take measurements it has been over a week he never called or came by. Very disappointed.
