He came with no wall samples, only a floor sample. Quickly showed some pics on an iPad. Shark of a salesman. Asked for an insanely high price, then came down twice. I signed the contract for still too much. Finished product is very AVERAGE. Had I seen samples, I would have made a different choice.

This man is like the Paul Bunyan of installations....nothing he cannot do. He tore out my tub and all the ancient tile surrounding it, gutting it down to the studs. He also paused his work to give my husband time to spray the open area with termite and bug killer. John is meticulous with little details, which is so important in any job. He arrived on time, cleaned up the work area as he went along, and it took only one day for him to create the most amazing and beautiful transformation in this 50yr old bathroom. A world of thanks to you, John! I also had MaxHome cover the whole floor with lovely, easy clean planks and was done by Simon B, the Official Floor Guy. Very experienced and did a great job. Thanks, Simon! Everyone I have spoken with at this company were all very professional, courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. I felt comfortable with the salesman, Scottie, never felt pressured to make the sale and the price was fair compared with other companies in the area. I need to mention here that this is the second bathroom I had done by MaxHome and John. The walk-in tub he installed looks terrific, even 6 yrs later, and made my husband super happy...me, too, but is mainly his bath. John's expertise is the reason I chose MaxHome to do my new shower.... as long as I could have John do it. He's very much in demand so my job was 6 weeks out. Indeed, he's so good that I had a chance to get it done 5 weeks ago but when I heard it wasn't with John, I said Nope, I'll will wait for him. And he's the nicest fella you'll ever meet! As if you couldn't tell by now, I highly recommend MaxHome and especially Big John Starr to do any bathroom conversions you might have in mind. I would also be happy to talk with any potential customers to spread the word about your company.
