  I will have to see how things go as time goes on but as of now I couldn't be happier. From the very first employee that came and did diagnostics on my system to the guys who installed the new system they were all extremely kind and knowledgeable. They walked me through everything that was or could be going on with my system, what they recommended and what all of my options were even if I didn't want to do everything g they recommended. I didn't feel that they were pushy at all. They were very thorough and professional. My system was about 16 years old with extensive rust and debris on coils among other things so aka made the decision to replace it all. They allowed me to set up monthly payments through a lender so I could afford the much needed new system and installed it all the very next day. Aaron, John, Robert (&the guys working with him-sorry unsure of the name) were amazing. 10/10 would recommend. I'm relaxing in fresh, efficient AC as I type this now.

  I signed a contract and paid a deposit in August 2025 for a generator and installation during a renovation. They submitted the permit which was approved and then I found out from my Project Manager that Keefe’s was not going to do the job and they had canceled the permit. The contract was with me and not my contractor. It is 8 months later, I’m pregnant, moving in 8 days and going into hurricane season without a generator. Starting from scratch now. It especially feels malicious that they pulled my approved permit. Not to mention the requirements have changed since we filed the permit 8 months ago and now our plans of where we were going to put it may no longer work/be approved. This was handled so unprofessionally. Warning if you are going to use them and especially if you feel like you are getting a good deal because they mind have a change of heart, which I believe is what happened in my situation. I still have not received a call back or my deposit returned for over $4,000.

  I had a new AC and heating system installed for the second floor of my home. Mr. Allah was the first person who came to my home. He evaluated the existing heating and AC unit. He did an excellent job as the face of Keefe's. He told me his findings and what he thought would be good for me but advised me he was going to send Mr Julio to give me additional information. The professionalism and knowledge Mr Allah display was outstanding. He is truly a professional. Because of him I agreed to go further with your company to see if I would use you. He is priceless. I am a retired Bell South manager who knows what good and poor customer service looks like. He hit the ball out of the park! I felt so confident with him I did not want to talk to Mr Julio without him being there. Mr Julio came and did a great job explaining to my husband and I our options. In addition Raul and Robert who were the gentleman who actually installed the unit did a great job. They were respectful of my home. They worked efficiently and effectively. Collectively they knocked the ball out of the park. Suffice it to say I am a demanding customer wanting personal and professional people doing work for me. Hats off to Keefe's for having such great people. We have already recommended your company to one of our friends.

  My experience with Keefe started with a thorough inspection of my unit. I was pleased with the time and attention given me from our initial meeting with the Technician Timothy, then Julio the Equipment Specialist.I had my HVAC system replaced and updated. Installation technicians Steven and Jon arrived at my home the next morning prompt, professional, and courteous and they were very efficient. I felt at ease to leave them in my home while I attended a funeral. Upon completion they went over everything they had done and instructed how to work my thermostat. Very patient with me and my questions. I highly recommend Keefe AC/ Heating and Electrical Service.

  Wonderful company. My a/c died after 11 years. I contacted Keefe’s and two other companies for quotes. On the recommendation of a friend that had used them for years, I contacted Keefe’s initially for service. They came out the next day. When it was established that there was a cooling leak caused by corrosion and that the blower was in serious need of cleaning we started looking at the option of replacing the entire system. Keefe’s was able to send John out within the hour. John Boeck took the time to confirm with the service tech John Rogers about the issues & what my options were. John Boeck took a lot of time to explain all the pros & cons of my options, was very thorough and answered all my questions. I had the luxury of being able to talk to a family friend that owns an HVAC company in OKC & John even offered to speak to him directly. My friend confirmed my ultimate selection of Keefe’s. 😊. We decided to replace the entire system. Randall & Richard did the install in one day. They were exceptional. Other than keeping me in the loop as to what was going on, I hardly knew they were here! They cleaned up completely and walked me thru everything including setting up & installing the new thermostat. All the way through this, at every point (including the wonderful people at the office) it was a 5 star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They truly exceeded expectations.
