I have 2 units so I’m paying about $350 annually for them to take like 30 minutes to check out my system twice a year. Oh and air scrubbers recommended for each unit which is about $1k each.

Previous service people came two in a row changed a couple of parts which didn’t fix the issue. Then was told by service guy on Thursday evening someone will reach out on Friday with estimate to replace furnace. Friday came no one called so I called them. Was told he couldn’t get me an estimate until Monday, I told him it was going to be to be 20 degrees on Monday. His response was I will estimate on Monday and besides we won’t be able to do it anyway until after the holidays (2-3 weeks). 3 months prior paid them thousands of dollars for my AC! I called a friend she gave me Rob’s AC name and said they have been wonderful. I immediately called and explained the situation it was already after 2:00pm and their next appointment would be Monday. I set the appointment, but shortly later the woman I spoke with called me back and said Dallas (estimator) would be out to my house between 6:00-6:30. She called him explained the situation and said he would go. I was so grateful!! I felt bad Dallas was coming so late and later found out he missed his daughter going to a dance. I really felt bad! Dallas gave me the quote on the spot and scheduled the replacement for Monday morning!!! AMAZING TEAM!!! Needless to say the other person still didn’t send quote on but finally received Tuesday after noon. He followed up with we can do it on the 29th. Their quote was higher and needless to say customer wasn’t a priority!! ROB’s AC HANDS DOWN WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE! We are now set up with them on a yearly service plan! Thank you all for the great quality of service and humanity!!!!!!!
