I called Keefs to have some standard cleaning done on our unit after seeing their trucks around town since I was a child. We have neighbors who have had nightmare services completed at their houses by other companies, so I decided to call Keefe's. I received same day service and found out that our unit was on its last leg and needed to be replaced, not cleaned. After discussing with the technician and sales rep, we decided to have our entire unit replaced and upgraded. They took care of the entire removal and replacement the following day and got us back up and running. The work was extremely professional, clean and we are extremely happy with the service. Thank you Keefe's! You have a customer for life here!

- DCDawn ColluraJan 2, 20261.0If I could give a zero I would. Waterless tank went out so no hot water. Tech came. It was a honeymoon stage til after we paid the $300. You can’t just call this company to get any info, updates, or anyone store front. It’s all operators who send calls to dispatch and you never get a call from tech ever. 36 calls. Nothing but “we will notify dispatch”. Then we do find out the part must be ordered but cannot get part from any Coburns. Parts under warranty at the manufacturer. The manufacturer notified us the tech never ordered the part because the shipping fee. Instead of calling us to pay. It sounds like it’s out of a circus show. Long story short…if you want to give away money only to never get what you need and then dish it out again to a company that can get it in three days (with proof) then you go ahead. For me…no.
- RGRenee GuchereauDec 26, 20251.0I would give a zero if I could. Called Keefe’s to come give us an estimate on replacing our unit. They were our 3rd company to come look at it. We are very aware the age of our unit, which is why we were getting estimates. Told the guy that came out all we wanted was an estimate. He was adamant to do the inspection as the dispatch fee was waived. Now mind you, system was running fine before he touched it. Now my heater won’t work and the draft inducer motor is running continuously. Instead of trying to fix it, they are blaming the age of our unit etc. DO NOT RECOMMEND
