  We used West Services to replace our outside AC unit and were very pleased with their job performance and price point. Jerone and Frank were very professional and courteous. Both demonstrated their knowledge and skill set in the HVAC field. Jerone was able to answer questions without hesitation and did so in a manner that the average Joe would understand. The end result was fantastic! I would have to say that this was probably the only job performance where I didn't have to go out and clean up after a contractor's work. Melanie was wonderful at keeping us updated on their schedule and made every effort at getting the job done quickly. We will certainly use West Services for any future projects. Great job!!   Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. I hired this company for what should have been a straightforward plumbing and shower surround installation. Instead, I’m left with property damage and a botched job that will cost even more to fix. First, they failed to properly measure or dry fit the shower surround before installation. As a result, there’s now a nearly 4-inch gap between the tub lip and the shower wall — completely unusable and clearly not up to any reasonable standard. If that wasn’t enough, during the job, they drilled two holes through the shower wall into my closet, puncturing the wall and going straight through my clothing. Then they managed to flood the closet, damaging even more of my personal property. There was no attention to detail, no proper planning, and clearly no quality control. I expected professional work and was met with carelessness and destruction. I cannot recommend this company to anyone — and I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you value your home. And after all of this? They made no effort to fix their mistakes, despite multiple attempts in the last four months to reach out. No response, no accountability, and certainly no professionalism.

  Agreed to a price of $2875 by contract (after they completed an inspection) + $200 to restrap the plumbing lines. The crew arrived unannounced and called to say the repair would now cost $5600 + pipe supports, which would be far above the $200 quoted. I found the company dishonest in the scope that was quoted and felt taken advantage of - nearly doubling the price. The workers had already started digging when they called and quoted the $5600 price. After I told them to stop they just left the dig up shrubbery on top of the ground - it will likely die. An absolutely terrible business and people.

  A company is only good as its employees and the quality of their work. My mother had a gas leak in a 50+ year old home. After a quick internet search, West Plumbing was my choice. I was exceptionally pleased with Ms. Melanie (office manager), Greg (owner), Bill (plumber #1) and Jill (plumber #2) with their professionalism and excellent service. This was a very challenging situation and this company provided excellent, compassionate, and high quality work on time. During these tough and uncertain times (pandemic), I was extremely grateful for their personal and caring approach to help my elderly mother during a stressful and scary gas leak. THANK YOU WEST PLUMBING. Your company deserves the 5 stars!!
