Only thing that didn’t go as planned was notice was short. I was called after the truck showed up at the property. I did get there quickly and the work was done so no harm really. There is room for improvements in company communications.
- SFScarlet FaulkJun 22, 20205.0My nephew is a residential home builder and he uses Southern Insulators, that's how I choose them. My home was built in 1973 and had not been insulated since then. Dan, the salesman, went into the attic and came down and said in some areas I only had 3" of insulation. My utility bills were $300 to $500 starting in June thru October!!! I purchased new double pain windows and new doors 3 years ago but my home was still hot and the air conditioner would run non stop. The only thing I had left to do was insulate the attic. My home is 2300 sq.ft. living area. I ordered the blown in insulation. Two young men showed up on time and got to work. They were very professional, very friendly and cleaned up afterwards. I will write another review in October and let you know if my utility bills are down. So far so good, the house is a lot cooler and my air conditioner is not running all the time.
