Great customer service. As a woman, sometimes I get the sense that when I walk into a building supply company or similar, it is assumed that I know nothing and border on idiotic in the eyes of some customer service folks. BUT NOT AT POOLE. Thanks to everyone I’ve dealt with there for helping me without making me feel lost or stupid for being a “girl”.
