I found Jeff Little with CTL Roofing and he came out to inspect the roof for us. He said that the roof would last a few more years, but it would likely need to be changed. We bought the house and a few weeks later the insurance inspector came out and said that we had 45 days to change the roof or they would drop us. I immediately called Jeff as he always answers every call. He answered all my questions, and gave us reassurance. The company got us a fair estimate, ordered the materials, and completed the roof within 2 weeks. The crew came and did the roof within a day and cleaned everything afterward. Not even a roofing nail anywhere. I would recommend Jeff and CTL roofing to anyone!
