- BWBill Wallace6 days ago5.0Austin and his co worker arrived at the time frame they had set, when they were ready to come in to the house they put on shoe covers and went straight to work assessing the situation and informed me of what they were doing. After checking the septic tank system they went up on the roof ran a snake and just like that clog was gone! Austin also gave a quote on repair work that will need to be done. Both gentlemen were very thorough, professional, knowledgeable and helpful thanks so much! I would most definitely recommend Mark Johnson & Sons Plumbing
