    When I spend thousands for a product and service, I expect professionalism. When I am told it will start on a specific date and time, I expect it to start on that date and time. Don't call me the afternoon before and say that the install crew will start on the next day (12th) because they didn't finish the job they were on. No im sorry that's not my problem, I have dogs boarded, appointments changed, people in place to cover things for that date not the next day. If the crew did not finish, then there should be a contingency plan in place. Split crew to do both, have other installers, something. You don't put your customer in a bind because you had a failed service. Also, when you are told you will be called in the morning and given an update, make sure you call and make that update. I had to call and get an update myself at 10am. I still have not received a refund for boarding dogs for extra time. Receipt sent and nothing.
