If you want to support a local small business and receive top notch professionalism, call Bobby Brannon Heating and Air. They’ve been out twice to my home for maintenance. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They actually taught me what to do in between maintenance visits to extend the life of my AC unit/air handler. Bobby Brannon gives back to our community and is a huge supporter of scholarship and sports programs at Airline High School!

Can’t say enough about this company and their employees. They were able to fit me into an already packed schedule to repair my AC issues. Called to inform me they were on the way. Repair parts were still under warranty so it was a quick fix. The technician took additional time to ensure my system was performing efficiently and answer questions I had. If you want top notch service with professional employees give them a call, you will not be disappointed.

Bobby Brannon installed an AC at our house less than 2 years ago. The capacitor failed on it, and I called in to request warranty service. I was aware the warranty would only cover parts, and clarified on the phone before the tech was dispatched what the hourly rate ($115) was and whether the system was under warranty. I asked if the cost would be the same today as it would be Monday. The answers were both yes. Tech arrives, spends 15 minutes replacing capacitor, then charges me $182.50. I asked why it was more than one hour at $115 which is what I was expecting. His response was “on the weekend I have to charge for the trip here and trip back”, I reminded him of our discussion on the phone before he came and he told me I should call the office if I disagreed with the price. If he would have told me up front about the different way a weekend call is charged I would likely have agreed to it, but I feel that I went out of my way to clarify what my cost would be and it would have been very easy for him to explain it when I asked instead of after he gave me the bill. I really hope I can get future service work done by another company, otherwise this warranty may not hold any value for me. On top of all that, apparently he couldn’t see fit to close the gate to my backyard, we have 3 dogs. Thankfully I discovered it quickly, otherwise I hate to think what could have happened.

My unit is 5 years old but this summer has been rough. I called BB about my unit not kicking on and colling. They were already booked up for the day so we would have to wait until the following day for service. Fortunately I received a call a few hours later from a Technician named BK saying he could be at my residence within 15 minutes. Upon arrival BK was professional courteous and knowledgeable. He had me up and running within 15 minutes. Overall great experience.
