  I called them the 23rd for my air conditioner freezing up,low on on freon. They had a tech come out inpect my air-conditioner. He told me my coils was bent and dirty and fan motor inside was dirty. He said he couldn't add any freon because of that. He called his manager and told me i needed a new unit. When all i needed was some freon in my unit. This company is a joke, only wanna sell you new 12k unit instead of putting some freon in my unit. Avoid this company at all cost.

  Technician’s that H&E sent out were highly skilled and professional and very informative on all aspects on our havoc unit. The problem was identified and resolved in a manner of minutes. They performed test & diagnostics on the whole system and came up with solutions to help improve our current system & also upgrades we can have done in the future. So we signed up for their yearly maintenance program. Thank you H&E

  I needed a new control panel installed after a small fire. The problems were numerous: 1)Tech arrived on the second day without supplies, even though he had a list from the initial assessment the previous day. 2)Tech installed the wrong circuit breakers and didn't install the additional ground wire. He also resisted installing the correct surge protector. 3) Tech refused to label the box even though the contract stipulated that it would be done 4) Job was so messy that the tech had a hard time closing the panel door. (see attached photos) 5) Tech was very young and seemed a bit overwhelmed by the job. I never felt confident he was doing it up to code. 6) Because of this, I had another electric company come check the work. Their electrician found the box disorganized, the ground wire connected improperly, and and incorrect use of Wago connectors. He redid everything, and now it is up to code, neatly organized, and the door closes properly. When I confronted the owner, secretary and technicians at H & E Comfort Services, their common response was they "wanted to be transparent and provide me with a quality product." The did neither, and it was a horrible experience. I would never recommend H & E for work. Stay away!

  Bradley Turner was fantastic! I had company coming over and needed the repair done quickly. Bradley arrived within an hour of my call and got everything fixed efficiently. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was running smoothly. I’m grateful he was able to help so promptly—he really turned a stressful situation into a breeze! They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the work was done right—not rushed. What really stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They showed up on time, were respectful of my space, and didn’t leave until they were sure everything was working perfectly. It’s rare to find service providers who genuinely care about quality and doing right by the customer, but Bradley and Hunter absolutely do. I highly recommend H&E Comfort Services to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and top-tier service. I will definitely be using them again.
