  I would recommend Reliable plumbing to anyone who needs a job done. We had to have very long procedure under the house. Every one that I met was very knowledgeable and very hard workers. They did a fantastic job and worked well as a team. Not only did they do an amazing job, but I was also impressed that they cleaned up behind them as much as possible each day ( and this was a 7 day ordeal!), and when they were finished, everything was pretty much back to normal! It might also add that every worker that I met was very mannerly. They let me know each day when they were on their way, and they let me know when they were done for the day. I was pleasantly impressed. If you need plumbing done, these are the guys to call!

  Jacob was amazing! Came right in and got the job done! Very friendly guy! My family and I enjoyed him! We called all around looking for someone to repair and I’m happy to say Reliable did not disappoint, and it was weekend job. Definitely locking in with this company for any of our plumbing needs!

  Called yesterday (Easter Sunday) to see about getting someone to come out because we were having drainage issues and everything was backing up into our house. Flat rate of $327.50 for 1.5 hours not to include any tools used. We said okay we have to have this fixed and we called around and no one was answering and it had been over 12 hours at that point. They sent someone immediately (Victor). Victor showed up we explained what we have tried doing where the clean out was but not accessible due to how they poured the driveway over it. He pulled man hole cover said it’s filled with water and that’s a city issue not an us issue and said he could not do anything. He said we should have a second clean out but didn’t know where and didn’t look. He did specifically say it would not be close to the house or near a window and we would need to call the parish for the man hole and left. He was here a whole 10 min to talk, take our money and email an invoice. I called the parish. They came out, he found the second clean out and found that it was broken and that was why our drains were not draining. They said Reliable basically stole our money and could have at least done this so we could have relief. The parish did clear the man hole from water and we now have a different plumber coming to fix the drain and install and new clean out. We have gone 36 hours without being able to use the toilets or showers and have sewage in the tubs and showers and Reliable could have assisted by probing for the second clean out but did nothing! The parish workers found the clean out by the front window about 2 1/2 feet from the house. Honestly, I want a refund!

You solved my . immediate problem you gave me information that I could use in the future in the near future About what I need to do and I appreciate your experience and knowledge.   I recently had to call for a hot water heater repair, and overall I had a very positive experience. The plumber arrived right on time, was very friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my water heater. He walked me through both the repair option and the replacement option, along with the pricing for each, which I really appreciated because it helped me make an informed decision without feeling pressured. The only downside was that the pricing felt a bit high for the repair, but the professionalism, honesty, and quality of service were definitely there. If pricing were a little more reasonable, this would easily be a 5-star experience. Overall, I would still recommend them for their reliability, friendliness, and transparency.
