When I called to request warranty service they immediately ordered my replacement window. They gave me an estimate of when I could expect delivery and they met that scheduled date. They sent me a text advising the window had come in and asked me for convenient day/time on which they could schedule the installation. The installer contacted me the morning of installation and advised a one hour window when he expected to be at my house. He showed up right on time and efficiently replaced my failed window in just minutes. It would be wonderful if all service contractors had this level of professionalism. They clearly care about their customers. I can strongly recommend Window World of Baton Rouge.

Window World installs replacement windows year-round. A standard install will take only one day. Our installers install one window at a time and are trained to do whatever necessary to minimize heating/cooling loss. What does “Any Size, Installed” mean?
The term “Any Size” refers to any size replacement double hung window our manufacturer will construct. Currently this is a minimum width and height of 15″ X 26″ and a maximum of 48″ X 78″. “Installed” refers to the removal of a basic double-hung wooden window and installing your new Window World double hung replacement window, using the existing wooden stops.
Will the replacement windows be installed from the inside or outside?
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the inside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the outside.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Your replacement windows will be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of replacement window being installed and type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to install your replacement windows. On average each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
